Salomon is headquartered in Annecy, France.Salomon is accelerating its retail expansion with ambitious plans. We are looking for an International Retail Development Director W/M to lead and execute this growth across key markets in Europe.

The key areas of the role will focus on:

- Driving and executing store opening timelines to meet targets.
- Scouting and evaluating new locations in Europe in collaboration with real estate agencies, ensuring alignment with Salomon's retail playbook and long-term strategy.
- Present plans to executive leadership teams.
- Manage the full development cycle from lease negotiation and legal coordination to construction oversight and handover to the retail operations team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, Retail Operations to ensure seamless store launches.
- Lead a construction and real estate team.
