As part of the implementation of Centric PLM, we are strengthening our PLM program team. The project involves multiple functional streams and close collaboration with the software vendor, who is responsible for the system configuration.

The current phase focuses on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training, with potential continuation into the next product line implementation phase.

We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst with if possible strong PLM functional expertise and a solid understanding of product lifecycle processes or Strong functional analysis and documentation skills. You will act as a key functional reference within the project, ensuring that business requirements are correctly translated into the PLM solution and that users are well supported through testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Functional Analysis & PLM Configuration
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to product lifecycle
- Translate business processes into functional specifications and use cases
- Work closely with the PLM vendor (Centric) during configuration workshops
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities

UAT Management & Training :

- Define and execute the UAT strategy
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate key users during UAT cycles
- Log, prioritize, and follow up on defects and change requests
- Contribute to or create user training materials
- Deliver or support end-user training sessions
- Support change management and user adoption activities

- Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst (on PLM projects is a +)
- Hands-on experience with Centric PLM is highly preferred (or other PLM)

Skills:

- Strong functional analysis and documentation skills
- Experience managing UAT and working with business users
- Ability to operate in complex, multi-stream project environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with international teams and the software vendor)
