The Global SG&A & Projects Business Controller provides Salomon leadership with a reliable, consolidated view of operating costs and steers financial monitoring of strategic transformation projects. The role partners directly with VP / Director-level sponsors of HQ functions and major programs.Main responsibilities: Global SG&A Consolidation & OPEX Control : Own consolidated reporting of Salomon SG&A: actuals, budget and rolling forecasts by area including a link with the business drivers (people costs, marketing, IT, other SG&A)Develop and maintain standardized OPEX dashboards and KPI frameworks enabling leadership to monitor cost efficiency and build benchmarks between the different structuresIdentify and quantify risks and opportunities in cost evolution; communicate findings and recommendations proactivelyEnsure compliance with internal financial procedures across all contributing teams and guarantee reliability of analyses shared with business partners and managementCAPEX Monitoring Coordinate total CAPEX tracking across Salomon, ensuring accurate reporting and forecast reliabilityPartner with the different departments as IT, Retail, DET or Sustainability teams on capital project planning and spend executionStrategic Project Financial OversightAct as dedicated financial controller for major transformation programsSupport project sponsors with financial business cases, budget construction and in-year monitoringMaintain a consolidated view of project OPEX and CAPEX commitments vs. approved envelopes; flag deviations and support corrective action planningBusiness Partnering & Financial Steering Act as dedicated financial controller for major transformation programsSupport project sponsors with financial business cases, budget construction and in-year monitoringMaintain a consolidated view of project OPEX and CAPEX commitments vs. approved envelopes; flag deviations and support corrective action planning

Le profil recherché

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Business School or equivalentEnglish Fluent - C1 minimumProfessional Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Finance (controlling, FP&A, financial planning & analysis)Demonstrated track record in OPEX / SG&A controlling in a complex, multi-function environmentExperience in project financial management or transformation program controlling is a strong plusExposure to international / global scope preferredExposure to listed compagnyTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Office suite (advanced Excel), ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), BI/reporting toolsStrong command of financial management, consolidation and database conceptsExperience building reporting frameworks from scratch (dashboards, KPI definitions)Soft skills & Behaviours : Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities - able to turn complex data into clear management insightAutonomous, structured and delivery-oriented; comfortable working in ambiguity during organizational transitionsNatural business partner mindset - credible and influential with senior stakeholdersCollaborative; able to build bridges across Controlling sub-teams (Business, Transformation, EMEA)Proactive in identifying issues and recommending corrective actions
